ANOTHER SUNDAY

Covering all genres from songs of yesterday to current top 40 by top musicians with an emerging talent in Ava Sarnowski

Be it jazz, Rock, standards, recent hits. We have you covered!

Phil Brehe (Bass Guitar and vocals)

and John Pegler (Acoustic and Electric guitars,
Mandolin, Banjo and Lead and Backing Vocals)

have worked together in several projects for 12+ years.

Phil has been a staple on the SoCal music scene for many
years and John (originally from London England)

has played all over the world for many of the bigger names

in the music industry.

After working in Top 40, R & B, Classic Rock and Tribute projects

we started to discuss what we thought was missing in the cover band world. A small format, intimate, sophisticated band was the
conclusion. We laboriously went through about a million tunes

(seemed that way anyway!) narrowed down to about 120 songs

and still adding! From classics to power ballads to dance/high energy and performed without backing tracks. We started auditions for a female vocalist. We called on female artists we have worked with the past and vocalists new to us but no one seemed just right….Until Ava!

We couldn’t believe that someone so young would  the vast majority of  selections and could sing them in the original key - we are talking Streisand, Whitney Houston, Linda Ronstadt, Norah Jones, Beyonce,

Etta James and a host of other iconic singers and genres.

We subsequently found out that although of tender years

(she is early 20s) she came from a fanatical about music home and had

been performing in Musical Theater since she was 6! Mystery solved.
Apart from the amazing vocals she also is a trained dancer and plays piano and hand percussion. Though this project is in its infancy (First
show was Feb 2023) already we have played 2 wedding receptions, several private functions, The Merc Theatre in Temecula on a few occasions and some lounges but are ready for a lot more.

We can take the lineup down to a duo, or expand to 4-8 piece with the addition of keyboards, saxophone, drums, percussion,
male or female vocals and/or a 3 piece horn section.

Although based in Southern California, we are very happy to travel.
